In this league everyone has the opportunity to play. The league is based on repetitions in games and game like situations. There is no sitting on the bench throughout the whole game. Every player will get equal playing time. This way players have the opportunity to develop during the games and at practice. There is no pressure to win in this league. It's about learning, developing, and having fun. Coaches work together rather than working against each other to find ways to defeat an opponent. The players have fun and learn by playing. All players improve because they have the opportunity to play ball more frequently. The players don't just play, they IMPROVE.
